studio guidelines
Please read our class descriptions, no-show, cancellation policy, and studio etiquette guidelines before taking class.
No-Show Policy
Signing up and not showing up to class will result in a $5 automatic charge to the card on file to those with an unlimited membership and the loss of a pass to those who have class passes or drop-in.
Late Policy
We lock our doors as listed on our schedule! We cannot guarantee that we can open the doors if you arrive late to the start time of class. If you give us a call with the anticipation of being late, we will wait for you no longer than 5 minutes if we have the staff time during class to do so. Otherwise, if you are late to class, it will be considered a no-show. Out of kindness and respect for others practicing, please do not knock on the doors if they are locked.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 20-minutes or later before the start time of class, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $5 after your 2nd offense within one month. If you take yourself out of class earlier than 20 minutes before class time, you will not be penalized.

Age Limit Policy
Children under 16 are not permitted to attend classes. Participants aged 16-17 must have our waiver signed by their parent/guardian.

Studio Etiquette Guidelines

1. Check that you've signed up before arriving! Some of our classes reach full capacity weekly and we want to make sure each of you have a spot when you get to the studio.

2. If you are on the waitlist, please kindly wait in the lobby until class time. At the start time of class, we give any open spots to those on the waitlist. If you pre-registered and arrive late to class, we cannot guarantee there will be an open spot.

3. When you arrive, tell the front desk staff your full name. Sometimes we don't see you come in if you don't visit the front desk! If you do not check-in, please note that our system will automatically consider it a no-show and will charge your account a $5 penalty.

4. Please keep your cell phone outside of the practice room and put it on silent. We even want to encourage you to turn your smart watches on ‘do not disturb.’ If you need to bring your cell phone into the room for personal reasons, please do not text, answer calls, take photos or videos during class. If you need to use your phone, please leave the room.

5. If you are experiencing a fever, runny nose, sore throat, headache, or cough, we kindly ask you to stay home. To keep a safe environment for everyone, please do not come to class if you are sick.

6. Wait to share your experiences with your friends until after class. To maintain an environment where anyone in the room can move through any kind of experience, it's important to keep distractions at a minimum. Please do not speak excessively to those next to you during class out for respect for others practicing.

7. If you're renting a mat or dumbbells, please use the spray and towels provided at the back of the room to clean your mat.

8. Dumbbells are exclusively used for Yoga Conditioning and Pilates on the Mat. We do not allow the use of weights in any other class on the schedule, unless otherwise specified. The maximum weight allowed is 5lb.

9. If you leave the room while class is in session, please do not speak loudly in the lobby, bathroom, or hallway. Sound travels in our building!

10. If you need to leave before savasana, please notify your instructor before class begins.
